I'm still working on this page, but soon I will add more various step-by step recipes with pictures!!! Come back soon!!!! Fresh Apple sauce I like to make this on rainy days because it's sweet scent and fresh flavour really cheers me up!You begin by taking a cuttingboard, a sharp knife, apple corer a large pan and some bowls next up you take4 large apples, 100 grams of sugar, 2 tbs of cinnamon ,some butter and about a half a liter of water. Peel the apples and take the core out, then you halve the apples and slice the halves into smaller chunks like on the pictures;) Put the pan on the stove and add some butter, when it's melted you add the apples, sugar and cinnamon, then pour the water in the pan, the apples shouldn't be submerged, because then the sauce will become too watery. Let it slowly simmer for about 30-40 minutes with the lid on. when the applesauce is done let it cool and refrigerate . Enjoy your fresh applesauce! Italian menu This is a menu I made with some students from school. The assignment was to create a themed restaurant. We've chosen the theme Italian Design and together with our culinary teacher we've created this: Fried monkfish with black tagliatelle and shellfish accompanied by lobster lightly simmered in butter
Trio of soups : zuchinni, celeriac, sun dried tomatoes and a homemade breadstick
veal medallions with truffle risotto, sautéed foie gras and black truffle shavings on top
a glass of tiramisu with grated chocolate, amaretto foam and raspberry sorbet with sparkling grapes
